Our Employment Equity Consulting division is aimed at assisting organisations in unpacking the changing legislation and laws in SA. We help organisations to comply with the various Labour laws and provide our clients with comprehensive Employment Equity Consulting Services
Services Include:
- Establishing Employment Equity committees
- Employee Awareness Workshops (including Employment Equity, Diversity, Disability, Discrimination and HIV/Aids Awareness)
- Developing and implementing Employment Equity Policies, Plans and Constitutions
- Developing and Aligning Employment Equity plans with the organisations BBB-EE plans
- Drafting of Dept of Labour Reports
- Employment Equity Legislative Compliance audits including remuneration analysis
- Presenting Employment equity workshops for the EE committees, HR personnel, line management
- Advising on how to fully comply with Employment Equity Act in order to avoid fines
- Strategic implementation of the plan
- Organising and facilitating consultative forum
