Our Skills Development Consulting division is aimed at assisting organisations in complying with the Skills Development Act.
This includes assisting organisations with the drafting of Workplace Skills Development Plans and Training Reports and aligning training initiatives to support organisational strategy
SERVICES INCLUDE:
- Training and assisting in setting up a Training Committee as required by the Skills Development Levies Act.
- Assisting companies with Compiling WSP’s
- Learnership Administration and implementation
- Skills Levy claims
- Providing your business with External Skills Development Facilitator functions.
- Developing, implementing and submitting a Workplace Skills Plan to the relevant SETA on behalf of the employer.
- Advisory services regarding discretionary grants and PIVOTAL programmes.
- Liaising with the relevant SETA on behalf of the organisation.
- Assisting with the lodging of claims and refunding of levies.
- Assisting with various training and development programmes
